How much and how long are the tours?
The tours start at  225 Euros for up to 3 people and each additional person is 75 Euros. The tours last 3 hours unless noted otherwise.

How do the tours work?
After you book the tour, we send a confirmation email with our contact information and a place to meet (usually by a metro station). All tours are on foot except the City Highlights Tour or arranged otherwise. Tours are given in English.

How do I pay?
You can pay by check or credit card through Paypal. A 100 euro deposit is required upon booking; instructions on how to pay the balance will be detailed in a follow-up email.

What about cancellations?
Cancellation policy: Full refund up to 2 weeks before, 50% refund 14-7 days before, and no refund for 7 days or less.

What if it’s raining?
As they say in the tour business, the tour must go on. Sorry, there are no cancellations in the event of rain, but we will do our best to plan as many indoor activities as we can.

Do you accept tips?
Our price is inclusive but feel free to tip if you think our service was exceptional. Past clients have tipped between 10% and 20% of the price of the tour.

What if we are more than 6 people?
We can extend our tours to larger groups, so please let us know how many there will be and we can customize a tour for your size group.
